Syphex Anti-Siphon devices are an excellent deterrent against fuel theft. Syphex Anti-Siphon devices are made with a special polymer which employs none of the metallic properties that other anti-siphon devices use in their design. Diesel has corrosive properties that will corrode and erode most metals. This can lead to fuel contamination and deposits clogging the fuel injectors in the engine.
